Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using deadinside.cc, including the website, loader software, and any associated services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

deadinside.cc provides modification software and a loader application for Dead by Daylight. The Service includes a web dashboard for managing your account, license, and configuration.

3. Accounts

You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Sharing accounts is prohibited and may result in termination. You must be at least 16 years old to register.

4. License and restrictions

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal use. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software or your account
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the loader or mod files
• Share or publish configuration files, presets, or internal documentation
• Use the Service on more machines than your license permits
• Attempt to bypass hardware locking or license verification

Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate license revocation without refund.

5. Hardware binding

Licenses are bound to a hardware identifier (HWID) generated from your machine. HWID resets are available based on your subscription plan. Tampering with HWID generation or spoofing hardware identifiers is prohibited.

6. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed through third-party providers. Prices are listed in USD and may change with 14 days notice to existing subscribers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if the software does not function as described on your system. Refunds are not available after 24 hours, after a game ban is received, or for violations of these Terms. Contact support for refund requests.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will remain undetected, that it will be compatible with all systems, or that it will function without interruption. Use of this software may violate Dead by Daylight's terms of service. You assume all risk associated with use of the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, deadinside.cc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to game bans, account suspensions, data loss, or hardware issues arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your access without notice for violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or chargeback disputes. Upon termination, your license is revoked and you must delete all copies of the software.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email to registered users. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
